As the newest staff member at CFW and a recent Boston transplant, I have only just begun to witness the incredible work this Foundation accomplishes in this city, but it is already apparent to me that I am a part of something important. Like many, I never self-identified as a feminist or a champion of women’s issues until the most recent presidential election cycle. The current political climate has ignited something deep within me that I cannot ignore, and CFW is the best place for me to channel my passions. I am excited to utilize my data-oriented skillset and administrative background to help CFW fulfill its mission to better the lives of women and girls in Chicago.
